Information we process

We process only information needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the affiliate program functionality.

• Shopify store information: store identifiers, store domain, application configuration, and information needed to maintain the Shopify app connection.
• Order and attribution information: order information available through the Shopify permissions granted to Aiiub Affiliate, together with referral and attribution records needed to determine conversions and commissions.
• Affiliate information: information supplied to create and administer affiliate accounts, invitations, referral links, commissions, and payout workflows.
• Referral activity: referral-link and click information needed to attribute eligible storefront activity to an affiliate.
• Security and operational data: records needed to protect accounts, diagnose failures, process Shopify webhooks, and maintain service integrity.

How we use information

We use information to operate the affiliate program, create and manage referral links, attribute eligible conversions, calculate and administer commissions and payouts, provide reports to authorized users, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and comply with valid legal and privacy requests.

Shopify customer data

Shopify data is processed only for purposes required by Aiiub Affiliate functionality and according to the permissions granted to the application. Access is scoped to the applicable Shopify store.

Referral tracking

Aiiub Affiliate processes referral identifiers and related storefront events when required to associate eligible activity with a referral link or affiliate. This information is used for attribution, anti-abuse controls, reporting, and commission processing.

Data sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by Shopify and by infrastructure or service providers used to host, secure, maintain, and operate Aiiub Affiliate. Information may also be disclosed when required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.

Data retention

Operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain legitimate operational and security records, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Customer data export artifacts generated in response to Shopify privacy requests are made available for a limited 30-day availability window.

Privacy requests and deletion

Aiiub Affiliate supports Shopify's mandatory privacy request process, including customer data requests, customer redaction requests, and shop redaction requests. Valid requests received through Shopify are authenticated and processed by the application.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to restrict access to authorized users, protect application credentials and account information, and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

International processing

Information may be processed in locations where Aiiub Affiliate or its infrastructure and service providers operate. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border processing.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to access, deletion, correction, or restriction of personal information. Shopify customer privacy requests should be initiated through the merchant or the applicable Shopify privacy process.
